I took delivery of a preowned 2020 Trax Dec 22 2023. Was promised two sets of Remote Keyless Entry systems. Received only one at time of delivery Dec 22 2023. I inquired 3 or 4 times about getting the Was promised two sets of Remote Keyless Entry systems. Received only one at time of delivery Dec 22 2023. I inquired 3 or 4 times about getting the second set of Remote Keys. As of March 21 I have not received the second set, If it wasn't for this I would have given the Dealership a "five star rating"!!! More

We found the truck we wanted on their website. I called and spoke to John Stauffer..our salesman and he arranged for us to test drive the truck the next morning. Congratulations on the new dealership. Because the vehicle was originally from Canada, the owners manuals were in French. 3 days later, the check engine light came on.
