they didn’t paint all of my calibers like they said. My mechanic said they didn’t paint all of it when I was getting my brakes done couple days later. Notice that they also ruined my rim by stripping my lu mechanic said they didn’t paint all of it when I was getting my brakes done couple days later. Notice that they also ruined my rim by stripping my lug nut. They hid it and didn’t even tell me because I even took pictures a day before of all rims that they ruined them. They told me they would fix it and they fixed the strip part, but not my rim. The mechanic or worker said they would get back to me to getting my rims fixed. I tried calling multiple times and they told me they will call me back which never did, but through text saying will call me later that day. They never did, but to not man up and fix everyone’s problems they ruined in the first place. Can’t hide your crap job. It has now been 2 weeks and no call back still. So I went to a friend that works with rims to fix it for me. Can’t be a flake for customers that want your business the right way. More

Got ripped off! I bought a SC 2002 lexus convertible at the end of March, before I bought it I asked them what the strong gaslike smell coming from the engine was, th I bought a SC 2002 lexus convertible at the end of March, before I bought it I asked them what the strong gaslike smell coming from the engine was, they told me it was the residue of the cleaning agent from steam cleaning the car..Wrong! I asked them why was the air conditioner not giving off cold air. They said they sent it to Big O Tire to fix it...Wrong! They told me that the brakes were still very good at 8 32..Wrong! I have only driven this car for 2,000 miles, I had to get brakes, 3 32 on all pads $552, a new compressor for the Air Conditioner, not working..$850, new fuel regulator..$150..New timing belt ..$1,000...Valve gaskets.....$360. Also 3,000 miles later, bought 4 new tires, $500, Power-steering pump is broken, $800, need new shocks, etc....What a nightmare! ..Do not trust these people.. More

Simple, Efficient and Pleasant Experience It was through CarGurus that I found out about Salt Lake Imports. I filled out an inquiry form on CarGurus regarding a Toyota Land Cruiser and was sub It was through CarGurus that I found out about Salt Lake Imports. I filled out an inquiry form on CarGurus regarding a Toyota Land Cruiser and was subsequently contacted by Chris from the dealership. I then went to their website which I found to be impressive. Chris was very friendly and accommodating. She even took a call from me on a Sunday, a day that the dealership was closed. I am from out of state and this can be tricky when looking to work a deal from a distance. Over the next couple of days, we easily reached terms of a deal. I gave a credit card deposit to hold the vehicle until I could arrive to see it. Chris told me that the deposit would be totally refundable if I was in any way not completely satisfied with how the vehicle had been represented. I also worked with Kara in the office and she was extremely friendly and efficient. Upon arrival to the dealership, I found the vehicle to be as represented. Johnna took a lot of time with me to answer my questions about the vehicle. She was also very knowledgeable about Toyotas in general but especially knowledgeable about Land Cruisers. I then completed the transaction with Johnna and also enjoyed visiting with the very friendly Gandaulf. I would highly recommend Salt Lake Imports and would do business with them again in a heartbeat. More
