In my case I found my car online. I had already researched and test drove that model elsewhere. This dealership had the color and model I was looking for. When I got to the dealership, I had to wait on Moe, as I was waiting 3 more customers arrived asking for Moe, when he came he just handed me the keys to take the car for a drive. When I came back I had to wait on Moe again to tell him I would take it. . The next day I was called to say that my car will be ready at 5pm instead of 12:00 noon as planned. . I came at 6:00pm waited then was told to go to the other building to pay the balance of the vehicle. . I say this to say, I was the easiest customer you could possibly get. Yet I was not blown away with great service. No one was bad. Just ordinary. Nothing made me feel loyalty to the company or valued at a customer. To be truthful. More

Hi Im not sure why the survey is coming up for oyster bay habberstad because my car was in service at Huntington habberstad. I had my car flat bedded to Huntington October 1 2023 because of a flat tire with habberstad because my car was in service at Huntington habberstad. I had my car flat bedded to Huntington October 1 2023 because of a flat tire with a lug bolt imbedded in tire. I took the tire coverage and it took 5 days to get my car back because of a tire. At first i was without a loaner and stayed home from work for three days. I then took an Uber (which roadside service paid for) so I could work and have transportation. The communication was terrible with my service advisor, after being on hold waiting for a service advisor to pick up (30 minutes at a time) multiple times to check on status, I was told the tire got lost through FEDEX. Car was apparently ready at noon the fourth day but wasn't notified by the advisor until end of day so I finally picked car up on the 5th. More
