We came to the the dealership to work with Mike Coleman on purchasing a new Honda. Even though we knew him prior to coming in he was 100% professional and informative through the whole process. We reserved on purchasing a new Honda. Even though we knew him prior to coming in he was 100% professional and informative through the whole process. We reserved a CR-V that was what we were looking for and was kept up to speed on the process while we waited. Once the vehicle arrived we came in to finalize everything and it was a wonderful and stress free process. Overall this was the best car buying experience that we have ever had. We will definitely be back in the future when we are looking to buy another vehicle. More

They were very helpfull finding me a vehicle but when I told them I was hoping for a car withing a month i was ensured the vehicle I chose would be here withing 30 days. 4 months later was when the car cam told them I was hoping for a car withing a month i was ensured the vehicle I chose would be here withing 30 days. 4 months later was when the car came in. I know salesman cant control those things but more transperancy would be nice when they dont know exactly when the car will be available. But overall i had a goo experience and was informed weekly to know when my car would be available. More
