Kelvin took the time to listen, ensure I knew the different options, and most importantly found the RAV4 Hybrid XSE I was looking for. This location followed the safety guidelines of wearing masks and having sanitizer throughout our visit, which made me feel more comfortable. I am very happy with the customer service of this location and would highly recommend! More

Challenging purchase of a new 4Runner A big shout out to Bobby Scott and Jorge Andrade who worked as a team in resolving and securing my purchase. I had made the trip from Sacramento to th A big shout out to Bobby Scott and Jorge Andrade who worked as a team in resolving and securing my purchase. I had made the trip from Sacramento to the dealership to inspect and secure a purchase on a blue 4Runner, SR5 Premium model. When I got there Bobby informed me that the car I wanted had been stolen off the lot and damaged the night before. They immediately began a wide search of other dealers to see if they could accommodate me with another same type vehicle. I was persistent in that I wanted a "premium" with certain options and colors. After driving 4 hours to get home and empty handed, Bobby notified me that they secured one from another dealer that had more options on it. Although I eventually paid more than I planned to I was happy with it. Bobby drove that model and met me at a Fairfield dealership and completed the sale. What seemed like a nightmare turned into a dream come true with my new vehicle. I highly recommend you to see these two gentlemen as they are professional and dedicated in helping you secure your car. More

I never found anyone like Kelvin and very comfortable to get all my queries clarified. Toyota Sunnyvale is the best place to get your new Toyota vehicle. Its my friend referred Amir Kandil at Sunnyvale Toyota and asked Kelvin to help us. Kelvin heard all my requirements and shown the Rav4 models. I have done my test ride and all went fine. Kelvin got me Jorge Andrade for the final quotation. They never pushed me to make the final decision. They have provided the best deal and provided time to think and get back. I went a week later during Labor Day. Marco Mora and Kevin helped to provide the best deal. I was very happy to get my new RAV4 from Toyota Sunnyvale. I would definitely recommend Toyota Sunnyvale. Got a good deal. More

New features of the Camry 2019 and Corol There are friendly staffs who can speak Chinese, which is helpful for us to get information more efficiently. New features of the Camry 2019 and Corolla 2020 was demonstrated by our test drives. One of the new feature: the blind spot detection, is very helpful since my wife does not have much driving experience. Another new feature is the connection between Iphone and Car via "CarPlay" which can provide a car-navigation interface directly on the large touch screen of the car. We like this feature because the following reason. Having lived in Japan for more than 15 years, I get used to have a car-navigation system in the car. One tip to share is: the "CarPlay" function can not be used if the system language is set to be Chinese. Both English and Japanese will work. We found this with the kind help of the staff via video-chat after we bought the car. More
