Up selling and not delivering.
Computer systems not integrated with inventory. Stranded me at local mall for an hour. Phone systems weren’t integrated. Very disorganized. Pricing

Bella was great! The valet driver was great. Frankee was helpful but the young bmw guy was not . The young mini cooper guy was arrogant and wouldn’t give me my keys until Bella came back from her break! He held me hostage and would not give me my car!
