Short story of my experience with Enrique. When I drove my Nissan Kicks in slower than the school zone speed limit Enrique was the first person to greet me. He detected that I was stressed and proceeded to reassure me with kindness that went above beyond professionalism. After the intake process my new friend escorted me to the waiting area. 30 mins later....Turns out I needed a new transmission... ugh! Now here's the best part of the story. Another 30 mins later Enrique takes me outside shares with me that my car is under warranty and hands me the keys to a 2024 Nissan Sentra courtesy car. It took one week to repair my car and he stayed in contact with me throughout the entire process. What a guy!!!! Thank you Enrique you have secured a returning customer. And I purchased my Kicks at another dealership Ha!!! More
