I think it would’ve been helpful to know in advance, that the business office was going to try to tack on a bunch of extra charges at the closing of the deal. That did seem pushy to me. The car is amazing. I also liked that staff were allowed to bring their dogs to work, and found the presence of the dogs, comforting and calming in a potentially stressful situation. More
