I researched on-line the 2023 Cadillac XT4 and XT5. I compared features, performance and most of all value.All promotions pointed to Sarant. I found the exact car I wanted to purchase. The next step wa I compared features, performance and most of all value.All promotions pointed to Sarant. I found the exact car I wanted to purchase. The next step was to visit the dealership. I was greeted by sales professional,Dominic VIvo. In a calm professional manner he helped me navigate the purchase of my 2023 XT5. The financial aspect of my purchase was discussed with Vic. I appreciated his no pressure approach to additional options offered by Cadillac. After all the paperwork was completed and keys given to me,Dominic once again introduced an in-depth description of all the features of the car. I felt confident in leaving the dealership with my XT5. I visited the showroom 4 times within a week to submit and complete the necessary paperwork. I found the staff was courteous and helpful. I felt a team spirit and Sarant’s goal was to go the extra mile to satisfy their customers. Dominic, Thank You for your time and patience. You are an asset to Sarant Cadillac. I’d just like to say how incredibly caring the people in Sarant Cadillac are every time I take my car for service. I took my car for an oil change the other day. Tony, not only took care of that for me but Sarant Cadillac are every time I take my car for service. I took my car for an oil change the other day.
