Beware of this dealership. I bought four Escalades over time and the last one, a brand new 21, had major engine problems. It was brought to the dealer twice and another dealer I bought four Escalades over time and the last one, a brand new 21, had major engine problems. It was brought to the dealer twice and another dealer once to fix the lifters in the engine. It was in the different service departments for about 40 days. The first engine trouble happened with only 4000 miles on it then again with 14000 miles and a third time with 20000. I received no support from the dealer when I asked for a replacement. I even asked the dealer to buy back the truck, fell on deaf ears! More
