Warranty oil change, tire rotation and brake squeak correct. Was met by Joe Mistretta and Dave as I drove into repair shop. They retrieved mileage and advised me to wait in waiting area for work to be done. A li Was met by Joe Mistretta and Dave as I drove into repair shop. Amazing service department. On Friday afternoon at 4:15 pm I ran over a spike in the road near my house. I immediately called Sarant service and reached Joe Mistretta. He told On Friday afternoon at 4:15 pm I ran over a spike in the road near my house. I immediately called Sarant service and reached Joe Mistretta. He told me to bring the car there right away; however, the mechanics had left for the day but they would get to it first thing Saturday. When I arrived Joe was waiting and had a loaner car ready for me. As promised the car was done on Saturday. Sarant’s service department, especially Joe Mistretta is outstanding. Thank you Joe!!! More
