Employee review First off, I do not like dealing with car salesman. They all seem to be very pushy to get you to buy a car and get out of the door. Mr. Vo was differ First off, I do not like dealing with car salesman. They all seem to be very pushy to get you to buy a car and get out of the door. Mr. Vo was different, he was very patient with me and all of my questions. Not only was he extremely educated on the three cars I inquired about, but I felt no pressure at all to make a quick decision. He listened to what I wanted instead of suggesting otherwise. What’s stood out the most to me about Mr. Vo was his sense of humor , patience and ability to allow me to seal the deal. Oh yea, I forgot my umbrella and he lent me his. It’s the little things ! LOVED MY WHOLE EXPERIENCE!! I came to purchase a car.. Omar and Jospeh both made my day so much easier than I expected! Fastest service EVER! I had gotten into a car accident days before I walked into this dealership. I was pregnant, and working full time at the time so I did not have time t I had gotten into a car accident days before I walked into this dealership. I was pregnant, and working full time at the time so I did not have time to waste. I walked into the dealership and was automatically greeted by Fred, the salesman. He asked if he could help me and I told him my situation. I had bad credit and I wanted a white Murano. Not wasting anytime, he pulled out a Murano for me to test drive. It drive like butter I tell you!! He then took me into a private area and got all the information needed to get me an approval. Then Joseph came out to greeted me, and made sure I was comfortable. I told him I was probably gonna get hungry and that I just wanted to leave ASAP. He said he would have the car ready for me to drive off with in 30mins and BAM! Before I knew it, I was driving out the lot with a brand new car. Joseph totally made it happen!! LOVE THEM!!! More
