Only problem is paperwork. Over night Ed fine. Problem is when you are reading what needs to be signed and or notarized , it was a bit confusing. The paperwork was my only hassle. Live in Georgia. My lease on my 2018 Audi A3 Quattro was coming to an end. I wasn't sure if I wanted to get into a new lease or buyout my lease - more so during COVID season, so I decided to get a 2nd opini coming to an end. I wasn't sure if I wanted to get into a new lease or buyout my lease - more so during COVID season, so I decided to get a 2nd opinion from the dealer. I talked to Bryant Crowell, an Audi Brand Specialist, we talked and i addressed some concerns. After talking and answering my questions for a good 20-30 minutes over the phone, I decided to buyout my lease. I'm sure Bryant would have gotten more commission out of a new vehicle, however he was truly concerned about my circumstance and made a suggestion that buying out my lease would be the better option! I was a little worried that the process would be a little overwhelming over the phone, but Bryant went above and beyond and was able to expedite all the paperwork to me, as well as help me go over some questions that I had in regards to the paperwork. It was surprisingly a wonderful experience! I wasn't present at the Dealer, but it definitely made me feel like I was! Joshua, the Financial Manager was also a pleasure to work with as he went over the details of my paperwork. he even recommended some investment/warranties for my ride that I didn't even consider before. Before doing so, I decided to ask Bryant for a 2nd opinion in regards to the warranties, and he assured me that it was worth it due to the fact that I'd be keeping the A3 for the long haul. With that being said, I am glad that I won't have any headaches in the future! I am more than happy with my purchase At Audi Fort Myers, and Thank you Bryant and Joshua for such a quick, and smooth process! My next purchase will definitely be with Bryant Crowell, and Audi Fort Myers!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! More

A Good Experience I had not bought a car for many years, and this time I wanted to get a truely great car. So I started going out to all the "common" dealerships, and I I had not bought a car for many years, and this time I wanted to get a truely great car. So I started going out to all the "common" dealerships, and I did a lot of research on the web. I wanted a good ride and a car my wife would also like. I ended up at Audi. From the first day on, Armando Roman gave me straight up answers, a lot of information—and he did this masterfully with no pressure. We went to the dealership five times before my wife and I made the decision. Now I have a good ride—a car that's fun to drive, does 0 to 60 in 6.3 sec., and grips the curves with ease. And my wife? She loves the gorgeous interior, sound system, and technology. We really like our Audi 5 Sportsback! Thanks Armondo! More
