Mushtaq is a great salesman with a genuine heart for service of the people he has in his path. We were searching for around a month or so and we seen the car we wanted come in. We were very pleased with our experience. Mushtaq was professional and friendly. He was wonderful to work with from initial contact until we drove our car away. He was very nice but when it came time to pitch the additional warranty it was the same song and dance as every other finance person. He pushed the highest priced extended warranty (never offered the lower options even though there were three) and when we said we wanted it added to the end of our existing warranty (which is what our salesman instructed us to do), he said it was not possible therefore we basically got a 32,000 mile warranty for a 60,000 mile price). He also pitched a wheel/tire warranty which we did not want but he continued to push it until we got tired and accepted. I will say, after leaving a similar review on another site, the GM and finance director both reached out. However, since I knew they were not going to remove the warranties and amend the contract, I did not feel the need to discuss the matter further. But, I commend them for actually reading the reviews and making an attempt to discuss their customer's concerns. I would still buy from and recommend Jackie Cooper to others. More
