This is the third vehicle we purchased from Jim Ellis the first a TDI that we had major problems with in doing the TDI Paperwork. Larry Fitzpatrick helped us tremendously in getting that paperwork submitted first a TDI that we had major problems with in doing the TDI Paperwork. Larry Fitzpatrick helped us tremendously in getting that paperwork submitted and followed through walking us the whole way to purchase our second car. He is very courteous and follows up on everything. This third vehicle he spent a lot time explaining every aspect of the vehicle and the purchase. We would not consider purchasing a car through any other salesman. We have recommended him to several of our friends. Since we purchased our latest vehicle one week ago he has called to ensure we are happy with the vehicle and that all us okay. More
