My wife bought a used 2017 Honda Pilot at Curry Honda in May 2021. As far as the purchase of the vehicle, that went very good. Christian was the sales guy and Josh did the financing. My wife expressed numerous of times during the purchase that she wanted the car detailed in the inside and they said that their best guy can take care of that. We mentioned that we wanted some scratches taken care of and the car cleaned before we picked up the car the next day but was told by Christian that the detail guy was not working that day. So I scheduled car for service so the scratches can be buffed out. The morning after dropping off the car the night before I was in contact with the service guy Jevon and express that the car was never cleaned in the inside when we bought it and wanted that done. So after back and forth with Jevon the car was supposed to be cleaned. I get a call from Christian that the car was ready to be picked up. I asked if the car was cleaned in the inside and he said yes. When I got home and inspected the car in the inside, nothing was done or cleaned in the inside after them having the car all Saturday. There’s was still chip wrappers shoved in between the back seats and a mask that was left in the car from the previous owner. I left them there so they can see how dirty the car was when we bought it, but since all they could do is lie that the car was cleaned they never saw it. Thanks for the so called service you provided but Curry fell very short of that!!!!!! All I wanted was for the car to be cleaned like the they mentioned in their so called WE OWE (Great Service) service paper. It might seem like a small thing to review about a dealership but it’s the small things that keeps a customer coming back and I won’t be back to Curry Honda. More
