I was sold a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee in 2017, and I got the gap insurance policy. In February 2021 the vehicle was totaled, the gap insurance policy they sold me only paid off 25% of the remaining balance the gap insurance policy. In February 2021 the vehicle was totaled, the gap insurance policy they sold me only paid off 25% of the remaining balance and the dealership won’t contact me back. I’ve been calling for months trying to get a reason why. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone. Save yourself a hole in your pocket, because if something happens count on having two car payments. More
