Took me 4 hrs to purchase a car that I did not test drive or"haggle" with the price for more than 10 minutes. At one point I sat in the lounge area for 90 minutes with no one talking to me at all. Not once d or"haggle" with the price for more than 10 minutes. At one point I sat in the lounge area for 90 minutes with no one talking to me at all. Not once did anyone follow up with me or even offer me a drink from the machine.There was only one other customer in the dealer but all the salesman were laughing and blaring are you down with OPP over the sound system. When I dated to ask why it was taking do long I was told it's not like by a gallon of milk at the store and I was also told sometimes people are here for 8 hours. Not a great experience for someone who is making a large purchase of their hard earned money. Josh was friendly but the acted like I was putting him out once he had the sale. I don't recall who did the finance I just wanted to get out of there. The person who did the finance tried to soften the wait by saying sometimes people are here for 8 hours which to me would be cause never to come back. I guess you could say my wait was HUGE!! More

Josh was my Salesman and he was Extremely Knowledgeable about the Sonata. He has a very good Personality for the job. He was pleasant and very patient with me about explaining everything about the car and about the Sonata. He has a very good Personality for the job. One of the best car buying experiences I’ve had in some time, possibly ever. Joshua Croft was excellent to work with and got us what we asked for and didn’t try to upsell or persuade us into something we time, possibly ever.
