We wanted to know how to schedule the four hour drive to Orem and we were concerned about weather-snow. We were given about a 36 hour notice. We were planning to stay up north for the weekend but turned around and drove home that night. The next day (Sunday) there was a snow storm. I felt there was a delay in communicating the pick-up time. It would have been nice to get a Toyota hat or key chain, at least. More

I ordered a 2024 Camry Hybrid and paid a $500. 00 down payment for it. When the car came in I signed the purchase agreement and loan application. I noticed the $500.00 down payment was not credited 00 down payment for it. When the car came in I signed the purchase agreement and loan application. I noticed the $500.00 down payment was not credited on the purchase agreement. I asked why. First the finance guy denied that I had made the deposit. I showed him my online banking account showing the deposit. Then he said the finance department would send me a refund check. I asked the finance guy for copies of all the paperwork I had signed and he told me I do not get a paper copy and he would email me a copy. First time ever I have not been given a copy of the paperwork I signed when purchasing a car. Five business days later I still had not received the paperwork email or the refund check. I contacted the salesman who sold me the car and he told me he would take care of it that day. Two days later still no paperwork or refund. I’m so disappointed in this dealership. Now I will be forced to pay a visit to the manager of the dealership and hopefully he will resolve this. More
