You go to many dealerships and someone runs out to you right away eager to sell you a car, not caring about what your name even is and not even having a great selection to choose from. At Rick Case Honda right away eager to sell you a car, not caring about what your name even is and not even having a great selection to choose from. At Rick Case Honda they take the time to know you before anything. They don't push you into anything, they let you get comfortable first and allow you to bring up the search for a car. They understand that building a relationship is most important because buying a car is so stressful. They of course have Hondas, but from what I've seen they have the largest selection of used vehicles of all different makes of all prices, but most importantly options within my budget, which is ideal for me because I like to browse and take my time and compare.They have coffee & popcorn (complimentary!!) all the time so you don't get irritated from hunger. They don't b.s. you about anything, they literally bring out the sheet with all the information of what they own the vehicle for and what they sell it to you for, and the numbers are always the same or darn close! Not gonna lie, I went to every dealership trying to find the best deal, but no one offered me nearly as much as Rick Case offered, and no one was willing to work with my numbers. I gave them my budget, what I wanted my monthly payments to be and they worked them into the car I wanted. They know that a happy customer means a loyal customer and a loyal customer will give repeat business, refer more business, and will be a friend. They are in contact with banks that are willing to work with your numbers and try their best to give you the best APR (which they did for me!). I felt comfortable throughout the whole process and now am so happy with my new SUV. Got a great price for my trade in, a great price for my SUV, a great deal with the bank, great monthly payments (including the warranty, gap insurance, etc), and even getting leather seats! Overall just a great place where you buy a car from a FRIEND, not a salesperson. Juan and Steven were just amazing at getting me what I wanted and Mario worked with the banks and closed the transaction amazingly! Couldn't be happier!! More

Excellent customer service. Juan Ampudia took his time to address all my questions and concerns. Even after selecting a car and wanting a different color Juan was patient and checked to see what was in stock address all my questions and concerns.
