Great experience at Fette Ford, this is my 5th vehicle from them and 3rd from Ford. Troy Mol makes the big difference at this dealer. If wasn't for him I would probably have gone to another place. My Mach-E is incredible, no comparison to Tesla...Mach-E is a better product, better finish and the vehicle is head turning because of his look not because people have in their minds Tesla is a luxury brand. Definitely recommend checking them out, you will not be disappointed!! More

This place has gone downhill! I started buying cars from them 20 years ago. The last 2 leasing experiences were just horrible. Turning in the lease was worse. Due to this, I could never buy another car fr them 20 years ago. The last 2 leasing experiences were just horrible. Turning in the lease was worse. Due to this, I could never buy another car from them again, They are as shady as they come and play games. There's too much to tell in order to describe but just stay away! Loyalty doesn't matter here! Horrible dealer that cost me money due to their disregard for others. I only give it 1 star due to the pleasant man that assisted me in turning in my lease, Juan and for all the years that Dennis gave us great experiences. More

I never bought from Fette ford before. Today 06/25/2021 at 5:00 pm I went there to test drive the 2021 bronco sports. 1. no one approached me to ask what am I doing there. So I had to ask some to open th at 5:00 pm I went there to test drive the 2021 bronco sports. 1. no one approached me to ask what am I doing there. So I had to ask some to open the doors of the Bronco sport to see it from the inside. 2. When I asked one of the sales people for help, he asked what are you planning doing today? I said test drive, then he said " And then?" I said well depends. So he kicked me to another sales person. I went to him and he asked Did you ask for me? I said no but I need someone to help me. The two started kicking me to the other. Then I said do not bother good bye. It seemed that dealers have enough sales not to care selling or treating customers right. That was the first and last visit to that dealership. The two people never care to introduce themselves. More
