At this dealership, the advertised price is the true cost of the vehicle. There were no pricing games, not tricks, and no surprises. I bought a new CX-30 today. I did a lot of research online, then began to work with Juan Tapia. He was easy to work with, friendly and polite. He answered my questions and took care of the business of online, then began to work with Juan Tapia. He was easy to work with, friendly and polite. He answered my questions and took care of the business of the transaction. I pick it up tomorrow morning. A bit disappointed on the trade side of things but overall a good transaction. ETA The interaction with Mario Torres in finance was equally good. He was very informative and helpful. No pressure at all. Quickly took care of the paperwork and got me on the way with just the extra I wanted and nothing else. Very pleased with that as well. More

This was not a good experience. I found a preowned vehicle from our company’s benefits hub website. I test drove the vehicle, the car fax was clean, the vehicle looked nice and seemed to run fairly we vehicle from our company’s benefits hub website. I test drove the vehicle, the car fax was clean, the vehicle looked nice and seemed to run fairly well so I purchased the crossover SUV. The financing was done through my own bank. I also did a trade in. The issue comes the next day because I noticed the car swaying while driving and I wasn’t moving the steering wheel. I took the car the next day to my local dealership for a diagnostic and long story short there were critical things wrong with the car that made it unsafe. I call Demontrond Mazda back and forwarded the diagnostic the local dealership performed to show multiple things wrong with the car that totaled over $3k worth of work. I was told that Demontrond Mazda wouldn’t be able to do anything about that and that Texas doesn’t have a Lemon law. I asked how can I can my trade in back as I didn’t want to drive an unsafe car and was told I would receive a call from the manager but that never happened either. My next steps is to talk to corporate and then legal if need be. Very unprofessional and would not recommend or use them again. More

Do not recommend this to anyone. Juan Tapia misled me with false information about my credit points. Alex also lied to me about getting me a good deal, he ran my credit many times, and at the end didn’t with false information about my credit points. Definitely will never again try to purchase a vehicle at DeMontrond Mazda in my entire life. I will advise my friends and family about my bad experience here. More
