Julian Diaz was incredibly patient and nice throughout the process. He described the vehicles in detail and was honest about where each dollar was being spent. I've been to some dealers' like Kia but they the process. He described the vehicles in detail and was honest about where each dollar was being spent. I had a great experience with Julian Diaz at this dealership. He was kind, accommodating, and made sure he found the right car for my family. He even dealt with my crying baby on the multiple test dr dealership. He was kind, accommodating, and made sure he found the right car for my family. He even dealt with my crying baby on the multiple test drives I took with several different cars. This was also the most painless experience I’ve had at a dealership. I was preparing for the typical hard negotiation with hidden fees but I found that wasn’t necessary, as they give great prices and do not upsell you on all kinds of accessories or add in hidden fees. We ended up getting an ID.4 and absolutely love it! More
