I wasn't a local customer so I asked for extra photos and info on vehicle I was looking at before I made the 5 hour drive to purchase. We received excellent customer service from Ken (sales) and Rebecca (finance) - they were professional, courteous and patient throughout - and fun to work with! Thanks also to Dana and Julie who we also had contact with during the buying process. The dealership was also extremely careful with COVID 19 precautions which we appreciated. They made the experience fun and answered every single question I had (I had a lot I'm sure). This is my second ever car purchase so this experience was made so much more positive by these folks. They both had smiles on their faces when they noticed I arrived and greeted me warmly, ready to assist. One small hiccup was a mixup in the loan rate offered to me. It was raised to higher than originally offered very slightly. This was resolved luckily but wanted to mention this in case others have experienced the same thing. Would absolutely go back and refer to others. Thanks for everything! More
