"Horrible Service Department"

I've been calling for 3 weeks leaving messages for my service advisor. I've let messages again today for the service manager. No return call. I called again late today. Got the advisor, he gave me the run around. I had an oil leak and an air conditioner leak inside my car. I paid them thousands of dollars and these problems were not fix correctly because I'm having the same issue. All they want to do is sell you new tires at each visit. I left another message at 5:30 today for the service manager and general manager. I'm calling the news stations next. This is horrible. I will never buy another BMW. I love my car but hate the customer service. Every time I go I get a new advisor. They cannot keep employees. I also left a message for the GM Marlin. Let's see if anyone calls me back.
