I was working with a salesman to purchase a new Tacoma in August. We had worked out trade-in and completed the credit application. I called to put a deposit on the truck since I live 2+ hours away and woul August. We had worked out trade-in and completed the credit application. I called to put a deposit on the truck since I live 2+ hours away and would not get to the dealership until the next day. The salesman put me off as he was "in a meeting" and would call back after the meeting. About an hour later, he texted me that the truck sold during "the meeting". Called sales manager to discuss my experience and he said he would look into it. That was the last I heard from the dealership. Ended up buying from another dealership a couple days later. More

I told him I was not in the market for a vehicle however without pressure he carried on a great conversation about some of the new product lines while also informing me with changes to some of the vehicles. I will be purchasing a new vehicle soon, I will definitely be seeing Justin his no pressure approach with his vast education of his product line was HIGHLY IMPRESSIVE! More
