Ms. May - We researched your complaint thoroughly and know what the issue is. You purchased your vehicle at Cunningham Chrysler of North East in 2017. Cunningham of Edinboro is a completely different company. The contract you purchased from Cunningham Chrysler of North East had a provision in it that states claims that were paid on your behalf would be deducted from any cancellation amount. Your position is that Cunningham of Edinboro is at fault for a contract which was not even purchased from Cunningham of Edinboro. It was purchased at another dealership with different ownership. Is it reasonable to expect a company to be responsible for a service that was purchased from another company? We hope this clears this up for you.

You announced on national news that you would cover them. I received no such paper stating any of that garbage. I've had nothing but problems since I have first dealt with that company. Never again!!! LIARS and CHEATERS. Now you are trying to pull crap on my sister for her refund!!!!!!!! Also bought in North East. Good luck trying to get out of it. We know alot of people and your name won't mean xxxx@!! So I hear you are sending in her paperwork for her extended warranty refund that was also purchased at Cunninghams in North East. Right there you are caught in a lie. Mine better be sent in also or it's lawyer time.

Hello Cathy, We escalated the issue further and have the following clarification for you: The advertisement to which you are referring was published solely in the North East News-Journal. It was our offer to honor the lifetime warranty contracts and vehicle service contracts for the past customers of Cunningham's of North East, to have repairs done and cancellations filed at Cunningham's of Edinboro. Therefore we have been, as a courtesy, honoring these contracts. We have processed thousands of dollars of claims on behalf of people who purchased vehicles at Cunningham's of North East, with absolutely no obligation to, as the previous owner sold the North East store to a third party. As a courtesy to you, we did file a cancellation on your behalf. You were not approved for a refund. You are angry over the section of the contract you purchased at Cunningham's of North East which states, on page 5, the following: "any claim incurred or paid will be deducted from the amount of the cancellation refund." You claimed significantly more in warranty claims than what you paid for the contract. For your privacy, we will not post those figures. The above quoted statement is copy/pasted from your exact contract, which you purchased from Cunningham's of North East. When we talked on the phone, you stated that there was no such language stating anything about claims being subtracted from the cancellation amount. The language is quite clear. We will continue to honor all contracts purchased at Cunningham Chrysler of North East. We also would be happy to meet with anyone personally to review the contract purchased at Cunningham Chrysler of North East. We are located at 12481 Edinboro Road, Edinboro, Pa., 16412. We welcome your visit in order to have a civil discussion on this matter.

Conveniently I never received that page. Now you are saying you are honoring the contracts from them. I have been their twice with a civil conversation so what good did that do. I will not let this go. I'm not stupid and can read if I am given ALL PAGES of contract!!!!! As I said you already were caught in a lie saying you wouldn't honor their contracts and now you say you are.
