They are courteous and fast! ! They had a very nice waiting area set up. I settled down to do some work on my computer but they brought my key in no time. The work was completed ! I am pleased with the car that I bought, but am disappointed in how quickly the service levels changed at the dealership. Justin and the rest of the team were eager to do anything to make a sale, b disappointed in how quickly the service levels changed at the dealership. Justin and the rest of the team were eager to do anything to make a sale, but once that was done the service dropped off. My wife had to go back to the dealer to retrieve something in the trade in and to sign paperwork, but was not treated in the same manner as the day before. The change in customer vs owner was so drastic that I will consider future options for the next car purchase. More
