Installed the software mod to improve driving range per
charge on my etron Sportback. With normal around town driving I am now getting 250 to 255 actual miles per charge. Significant improvement.

To make it a short story, I had some work done on the front hub for over $500, yet the ST doesn't reset the PSI monitor which happens to go off as I'm driving home.
He doesn't replace the wheel lock. He leaves it in a bag with the key in my center console. Told Justin to have the tech use 36 front and 33 rear for PSI. Yet, I check this morning and my right rear is at 40 psi.
Called Justin who is sending someone to retrieve my car and complete the work properly.
This is not the first time I've had issues with the Technicians.
They scratched interior trim while replacing the drivers side seat bottom.
I've caught them not doing a tire rotation while the work order said they did.
Now, once I alerted Justin to this, they rectified the problems.
Honestly, I'm beginning to wonder if half the work they've said was completed was actually done. I've lost a bit of trust. They do make a nice video telling you the work that needs to be done. Why is the tech telling me I need new spark plugs when the car is 5 years old with under 25k mileage and the recommended spark plug replacement is not until 6 years? I don't know. Do I go to an Independent Audi repair shop like Auto Europa instead?
Shame as I like the SA Justin and the Sales Manager Thilo.
Sad the nice dealership is let down by the technicians doing the work.

You must have the Technicians doing the work look at past history as to work performed on the vehicle.
Why is the Tech telling me on the video and in writing to do a Brake Flush, Cabin Air Filter replacement, etc. when you replace these every 2 years as per the service recommendation? The car is in it's 5th year and the dealership performed these things last year, the 4th year? If he would have looked at the history of the car, he would have known that. To me, it smells like a cash grab from those that do not know any better.

Hi Justin
Just to give you an update on what has transpired with the car since I last saw you.
After your tech's recommendation on replacing the Crossover Pipe and Thermostat for $1800, I contacted a friend of mine that I used to work for, who when he arrived from Chicago over 15 years ago, worked for
2 German dealerships as a mechanic in SWFL. He knows his way around cars!
I showed him the images that your mechanic sent me and his exact words were "dude, I bet you it's your water pump. I've seen this many times.
I recommend that you do replace the Thermostat and Crossover Pipe when you replace the water pump. I suggest you try Auto Europa and see what their findings are."
Well, I went to Auto Europa and guess what? It was the water pump in the front of the engine.
How does an ex-mechanic properly diagnose the problem via photos when your mechanic couldn't with the car in front of him? There was no mention of anything else from your tech other than the pipe and thermostat as you know.
Was he going to hit me for an extra $600+ for a new water pump once he started working on it and didn't want to tell me up front?
Forget the fact that I'm already pissed off with having to replace a water pump on a car that's been babied with less that 25,000 miles.
The fact that an Audi mechanic couldn't properly diagnose the problem at the onset is appalling.
You know what Auto Europa also found? My brake fluid had over 4% moisture. How could that be when Audi Naples supposedly flushed the system around July 2020 and I only put on less than 5000 miles per year?
Unless of course, the mechanic then didn't really flush the system then. It wouldn't shock me. Remember when I caught one saying they rotated the tires and didn't? Or the one that scratched my seat molding when
changing the bottom seat cover and never said anything? I'm now wondering what was not done for the 4 years that you supposedly did maintenance.
I have my doubts whether they actually re-tapped the wheel hub. I actually feel that I paid you $500 for nothing.
All together, Auto Europa charged me $1800 including tax and a loaner for doing all Audi Naples wanted to do PLUS they replaced my Water Pump and did a brake fluid flush.
Remember the photo/video of my car you sent me that had pine needles all over it and I made a comment to you about since I brought it in to you in immaculate condition?
You said they would clean it. Guess what? When I opened the hood and trunk, it was full of pine needles.
Obviously, you don't have to guess that I am very angry over this fiasco.
** 9/28/21 Checked records and confirmed by Audi Naples that in Nov 2018 (with the car having 12,500 miles), while working on my driver's seat bottom, they determined there was a leak in MY WATER PUMP and replaced it (so they say). Did they actually perform what they said in Nov 2018? I have another leak in Sept 2021 and replaced by an independent concern. 2 water pumps in less than 25,000 miles in 5 years? Terrible.
