The sales manager, Ethan Johnson, hooked us up with Will Massey who went out of his way to get us a place to stay while they checked over our vehicle. The dealership was closed and the pageant booked all of the hotels but Will was determined not to leave us stranded. The next day our service advisor, Richard, got on the job post haste. Lucky for us they had the coil in stock (another benefit of using a dealership). The service team worked quickly and efficiently to get the job done correctly and efficiently working with our Mopar warranty and our service records. They really demonstrated that they had the service staff to do the job right! They also reflected the ownership of the dealership.
