I noticed a scratch on the car before we took it home and Erik got us in the next business day to take care of it. He came in an hour early to accommodate my schedule and even asked, by name, how our dogs were doing. That’s a personal touch you don’t get from other places. He really was listening to us. Karen was very knowledgeable regarding the finance paperwork. I run a tight budget and she worked with me to get as close as possible within my budget as well as getting a few extras. She, too, was friendly and professional. Thank you, Erik and Karen, for all of your help. We LOVE our car and will spread the word on what an impressive dealership Wilde East Towne Honda is! More

She was conscious of my needs and my budget. All of my questions and concerns were answered with care, and I never felt pressured to make a decision. The dealership was clean and welcoming and it was very clear to me that the entire staff at Wilde East Towne care for their customers and their experiences. The whole process only took a couple of hours and was extremely easy! I'm very happy with my 2011 Mini Cooper S Countryman purchase and I recommend this dealership to anyone looking for somewhere reliable to shop for a vehicle! And ask for Mandi, because she's awesome! More
