I felt as though she understood my immediate need for a new car as well as how important it was for me to make a prudent decision when considering I am the father of three and my wife is a stay at home mom for the time being. Car buying can be an emotional roll coaster to say the least, but it is always good to know that during that process you are dealing with a human who is trying to meet you half way. I am grateful and would recommend Karen highly to anyone looking. More

Absolutely no pressure and Karen made sure that I received the best deal and took advantage of all available incentives. Really unlike all other dealership experiences I have had where they seem to try and take advantage of you at every opportunity - BMW of Silver Spring does not operate like that - they value the importance of building long term relationships.
