"Unprofessional customer service can’t trust "

Stay away please Very poor customer service can't trust what they are saying. I bought used x3 2008 with low mileage on it after I bought the car on my way home I got engine light on, i texted the salesman he told me bring the car back next day " Saturday"I went back he told me there is no technician today bring it back Monday, I went back Tuesday I was told that the gas cap is making this problem and has been changed and the light went off, on my way back home I stopped to put gas and after that for 20 mins I'm trying to turn the car on finally it turned on with check engine light again, I went back to the dealership they were trying to make me feel there is no problem and they kept me wanting for 4 hours till they fix the problem I asked them to give me a loaner car because I could not wait more they said they don't have any loaner car. After 4 hours of waiting they told me that the oxygen sensor need to be replaced and they did that they asked me to try the car and see what will happen.

"Buying the car was as great as owning it!"

We saw World Wide of Cars BMW on line, searched their certified pre-owned vehicles and found a couple we were interested in. We requested a salesperson to call us back and Haasan Pires replied and we set up an appointment for 4:30pm. We got their late due to traffic and they were closing at 6pm but he waited and didn't make us feel we inconvenieced him. We saw a couple of cars and decided to allow him some time now knowing our requirements and return the next day around noon. When we arrived he had mutliple vehicles we could see and he couldnt have been more accommodating. We ended up purchasing a CPO 328Xi. They detailed the car, replaced the batteries in the remotes, filled the gas tank, registered the vehicle and delivered it to us showroom new within 2 hours. The Finance Manager Gary Shapiro treated us like family, Willie Gallagher the CPO Manager was great and the BMW Tech Guru Tyler was extremely helpful explaining to us the options we didn't even know was included. The best experience and as I stated Buying the car was as great an experience as owning it.

"Bought a pre-owned BMW 328x idrive"

I have been leasing SUV & crossovers cars for almost 17 years. My kids are grown up and one is driving. I did not need the mommy car anymore. I was ready to own a car and not lease. I new I wanted a pre-owned and spend less than what I was paying for in a lease. I'm a teacher and my first child will be ready for college soon. I was ready to down size. BMW has a lot of nice pre-owned cars and i drove a 4 door sedan. They worked with me on my price and where i would like to be. I appreciate the sales person and manager with helping me with my choice. They were able to make the transition very easy. They are also local which helps a lot so service is nearby. I love BMW cars and I still wanted a sporty, but nice car to drive. I also rely on service. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend them. I look forward to owning my car. It was a great experience and I love my car.
