Easy to schedule on-line with a service date within a week of my booking date. I had a last minute conflict with drop off time and Brian accomodated our later drop off. Brian called to communicate issues found and cost to fix. Service was completed within a reasonable amount of time.

Christopher Smith was very thorough and professional. As a first time car buyer, I was slightly nervous, but he was transparent throughout the entire process and new the in's and out's of my 2018 Crosstrek like the back of his hand. He even stayed late after everyone else went home in order to make sure I was completely set. Great guy, great car, 5 stars from me!
