I knew our situation was not adequate ideally to consummate a deal. However both Katie and Cierra worked to help us make a decision for our family. Their service alone decimated the competition for us. We already loved the car coming in. We just now know when we’re fully able to buy/lease. This is where we will go. More

Loving our new Atlas! I researched and test drove all kinds of 3 row SUV’s for months, but didn’t fall in love until I saw the Atlas! Only the Atlas was able to stead me aw I researched and test drove all kinds of 3 row SUV’s for months, but didn’t fall in love until I saw the Atlas! Only the Atlas was able to stead me away from being a loyal Honda Pilot lover of ten years! The fantastic technology package, the upscale interior and beefy (but still sleek) exterior appearance just took the cake. And once I test drove it, I was sold. Our sales person, Kalan was wonderful!! He took his time with me and patiently answered all of the millions of questions that I had. I also got a great deal on my trade in and they made sure we got the best interest rate available also! Kalan is smart, funny and attentive. He also made sure to get me the answers to any random questions that he hadn’t been asked before! Ha! Thanks, Kalan! More

I was about to purchase from another dealership but Zach followed up just in time and with the effort put fourth, we reached a deal that made sense to stay local. One thing I can say. I buy cars often. With most salespeople, there is no follow up. There is no urgency. And, as a salesman myself, this is paramount to success and earning a customers business. During my shopping process I spoke with many salespeople from around the region in hopes of finding the right vehicle. All interactions lacked confidence and honesty. This was not the case with Zach. Truly, this was a large piece as to why I moved forward. Prompt follow up—vital; Thinking of the customers needs prior to the customer knowing to ask—necessary. These are all qualities that a good salesman should learn, acquire, and hone. Where nearly 80-90% of salesmen I meet fall gravely short of these needs being met for me to purchase, Zach Brown superseded them. Happy shopping. More
