So I came into the dealership to test drive a car. Didn't end up liking the car very much and before I left, Michele simply suggested looking to see what else they had on the lot. I'm a car fanatic so Didn't end up liking the car very much and before I left, Michele simply suggested looking to see what else they had on the lot. I'm a car fanatic so I wasn't the easiest customer to deal with and I had so much fun looking for the perfect car that fit my budget and my needs. It didn't feel stressful or forced. It was like I was going shopping with an old friend who had my best interest in mind. And when I said I didn't like a car, that was that. There were no efforts to try and get me into a specific car or to get into one at all. She simply allowed me to sit in as many cars as I wanted and test drive them until I found something i liked. That's not easy to find in a car dealership. Nor a sales person, Michele is awesome. More

Dover Honda was the best car dealership we’ve ever dealt with. Our sales person Jesse French was extremely knowledgeable and absolutely no pressure! He never made us feel rushed yet once we decided on the car, he got us through the entire process in just a couple of hours!! Paula and several other members of this dealership stopped by to introduce themselves and everyone there made us feel so very welcome.
