Communication is not very good, not answering phones and not returning messages as well as just the guessing when vehicles will be done. I know they are busy but very disappointed. This is my 3rd new vehicl not returning messages as well as just the guessing when vehicles will be done. I know they are busy but very disappointed. This is my 3rd new vehicle I have purchased at your location in the last 6 years. Service has been going down hill the last year. My latest experience was for two recalls. One of them still does not work. More

Dealership is old, little ghetto. Take pictures of whole vehicle prior to oil change. Dealership charges dealer premium but doesn’t fill washer fluid, give car wash, put plastic on seats or floor mats. Lacks courtesy, ironic, that other dealers give. Plus they hound you with reviews and pressure you to give a good review. This is a last option dealership More
