Hi Amira, I wanted to reach out and apologize for this, when we called in the extended warranty, they didn't have the correct information on file, as that company still had another individual listed on it - we did our best to overcome this, and we did; by getting it covered for you. Unfortunately, the extended warranty information wasn't the same match on our end as theirs, with permission, we were able to help you out and get all that switched. We do understand that you were at another Toyota dealership and had it diagnosed, but it wasn't covered over there - I am sorry for that, but I am happy that we were able to get the full AUX port covered through your extended warranty!
