I have done business with Conrad multiple times before because he gets me results. He is relaxed and no-pressure, but very efficient, listens well, and is very customer focused. Everyone at the dealership was friendly. Brian, the Finance Manager, was nice, efficient, answered all my questions, and got the final paperwork done with me without any wasted time. I got the deal I wanted, and everyone at Foothill worked hard to make that happen. I rate this a 5 Star experience without aggravation or stressful haggling. Truth to what other reviewers' words, John Harnett make me feel obligate to buy my car from here through his professional, haggle free attitude that you don't see at a car dealer. He spent Sunday and Monday to look for the car that matched what we asked for and more... John and his manager offered me Costco pricing in addition to their own incentive that MB did not offer on the all-new GLC300. They gave us a panorama sunroof for free in order to earn our business. Brian Truong explained all the financial options in a funny and friendly manner and showed us an ease-of-mind maintenance plan that we could not refuse. I was sold a car which was already sold to another customer I am in the market for GLC 300 and was very specific about vehicle I want. I gave them VIN number of the car which was available at Beverly Hill and s I am in the market for GLC 300 and was very specific about vehicle I want. I gave them VIN number of the car which was available at Beverly Hill and sales person(Dina) told me that the car was for a customer and they can't sell it but told me to come into their showroom and they will find another car. I went in the evening and met another sales guy Karim who was working with Kekoa Dapitan (sales manager). Karim told me that he talked with Beverly hills dealership and the car I am looking for is available. We went over all negotiations, paperwork and deposited money for it and was told my car will be there next day. Next day, Karim calls me to tell the same thing which Dina told me that car is not available for sale. It was very frustrating that dealership(especially Karim and kekoa) wasted all my time and took money from me without doing their due diligence. It seems like it is a case of incompetent sales manager/person more than dealership. More
