This week I finished closing the purchase of my new Tacoma pro and I couldn’t be happier. In a market where everything is inflated and salesman are pushy beyond just making profit. I’m in shocked to ha Tacoma pro and I couldn’t be happier. In a market where everything is inflated and salesman are pushy beyond just making profit. I’m in shocked to have worked with Toyota of Sunnyvale and my salesman Kelvin. I’m just amazed, blown away, almost in a disbelieved state of how good of a salesman kelvin is and that a dealership like Toyota of Sunnyvale exist. He is everything you can hope for, honest, friendly, transparent, knowledgeable, genuinely interested in the big commitment your about to take on, and extremely diligent. If your in the market for a new car Toyota of Sunnyvale is the way to go, and if you are not working with salesman ask for Kelvin. I mean where else can you get a truck in such high demand like the Tacoma pro for MSRP!!! If that is not shocking I know that full disclosure and transparency at a dealership is… and if that’s not enough I don’t know what is. Thanks kelvin and thank you Toyota of Sunnyvale!!! More

I regret buying from Sunnyvale toyota. purchased a car on aug 4 2020. They overcharged my by 1050. I just recieved the check yesterday oct 22. The finance people Roy and bart lied to me repeatedly about when aug 4 2020. They overcharged my by 1050. I just recieved the check yesterday oct 22. The finance people Roy and bart lied to me repeatedly about when i was getting my refund. My credit Union called them representing me and roy lied to them saying it was being processed,never was bart tells me wait 30 day or 45 day ,check never arrives. The manger Parneet lied to me so many times he stopped taking me calls. i guess he ran out of lies. I left messages with several managers including Dan Kevin Kahn and parneet none returned my alles. any manager that does not return a customers call is gutless and should not be a manger.This is a typicall sleazy used car dealership, so nice when your buying but to dishonest and stupid to correct a mistake.They did not want to send my refund. I am 58 years old have bought many cars never been lied to by so many people in the same dealership. These people are the worst spend your money anywhere else I gave them a great review the day after I purchased the car but when they owed me a refund they showed how they really treat people More
