Dishonest up selling pratices and failure to listen to customers needs and trying to force products on to a Customer at the last second of sale. Lastly not being careful with customers product by leaving customers needs and trying to force products on to a Customer at the last second of sale. Lastly not being careful with customers product by leaving a screw driver in middle console neary scratching the sides of it and being rough on my car taking off license plate cover while being angry because the salesman was caught trying to add products that he was clearly told no hold off on it. The dealership wants salesman to up sale products but a customer should have the right to say NO and not be forced to buy it. No means No. More
