Lindsey Volvo, preys on older widows and sells them expensive services that are not needed or are required. A simple service for a recall turned in to a 3600.00 bill on a well maintained vehicle that h expensive services that are not needed or are required. A simple service for a recall turned in to a 3600.00 bill on a well maintained vehicle that had only 50,000 miles on it. Up-selling un-needed services to a military widow on a pension is not only horrible, it borders on criminal. I just want to warn others, so that they will not be taken advantage of by this sort of practice. Thousands of dollars in labor costs when the amount of labor charged does not fit with the amount of time they even worked on the vehicle. They call this standard practice. I just hope that I can save at least one other person from falling prey to this practice. Beware, they work on commission, so they want to charge you for any and everything, whether it is needed or not. Note: I’m sure they actually did the work they said they did, but if it was not needed, why tell someone that it is. We have enough inflated costs due to our terrible economy. Taking advantage of someone is wrong. Lindsey use to provide great service at a fair price, but that is no longer so. Unfortunately, saying that everyone does it that way is not an excuse for doing it that way too. If everyone jumped off a bridge, would you be stupid enough to go with them? I only hope that this dealership reaps what they sow. Have a blessed day! More

Mixed review, had to complain to get service appt within 3 weeks but understand it’s the holidays and COVID. They forgot to do part of the requested service until I mentioned it when estimate quoted, but di 3 weeks but understand it’s the holidays and COVID. They forgot to do part of the requested service until I mentioned it when estimate quoted, but did work it into the schedule for this visit. Received error code after driving off lot, service rep replied quickly to text to instruct how to hopefully fix myself ( tire pressure/calibration). Overall experience disappointing, not what I expect for these prices (850$ for 40k maintenance) and a luxury car. Unable to get a loaner and valet service not mentioned/offered, dropped car off and husband picked me up. My service rep no longer there (Craig :-(. Supported by Justin this visit - very courteous and professional. Not sure I can recommend, wait and see future experience, maybe this was a one off. More

Had to wait 3 weeks for service, had 8 am appointment, car sat an hour before being service, bill doesn’t show what was done in 60,000 maintenance just stating 60,000 mile service performed, charged for f car sat an hour before being service, bill doesn’t show what was done in 60,000 maintenance just stating 60,000 mile service performed, charged for filling washer fluid when service was performed a week before. I informed Service Dept that I had an oil change and this service was included. Not a friendly atmosphere. More
