I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Alpine Buick GMC. From the moment I pulled into the service bay, I was greeted warmly and treated with professionalism and respect. The service advisor kept me in GMC. From the moment I pulled into the service bay, I was greeted warmly and treated with professionalism and respect. The service advisor kept me informed every step of the way and made sure all my concerns were addressed thoroughly. The technician working on my vehicle did an exceptional job—everything was completed ahead of schedule and my car feels brand new again. I also appreciated how clean and welcoming the lounge area was while I waited. This team truly goes above and beyond to make sure customers are taken care of. I’ll definitely be coming back to Alpine Buick GMC for all my future service needs. Highly recommend! More

Kenny dropped the ball when he took time off. My truck was there for two days without a call from dealer. I had to call to check the status. Was told my coolant sensor was out and a new tank with My truck was there for two days without a call from dealer. I had to call to check the status. Was told my coolant sensor was out and a new tank with sensor was needed. Given a cost of $599. I told the guy I had a warranty. They got it approved by warranty and repair made. Rico was great and took care of me after the ball was dropped by Kenny. More

Great service very friendly kind car drove great until we got to sweat water and engine light went off and stalled. Forgot to do the oil change, even though they confirmed it was done. Asked to make sure they topped off all the fluids. After wife drove car home checked and one was completely empty, and the brake fluid it was done. Asked to make sure they topped off all the fluids.
