They sold me a car that immediately had problems. No, this isn’t their fault but when it came time to getting the car fixed they had no interest in helping. Will not go back, and got rid of the junk car. I gave the salesman a good rating because he was really kind.

It was a pleasure working with Bob Williams & Kevin Connelly to acquire a new Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited for our company. Bob & Kevin worked very closely with us in order to spec out the right unit for our company's bid specifications. They even went the extra mile in my opinion by bringing the unit to our office to review with them. My experience started by finding the vehicle online. My email inquiry was answered through email and eventually text messaging. I was out of town at the time so the gentleman I was dealing with (Kevin) actually helped negotiate the price without me ever having to come in. After working out the price I was still considering other vehicles. When I returned home I decided to go see the vehicle, it was an hour and 30 minutes away so via text I made certain the price offer was still valid which it was, no question at all. When I arrived Kevin introduced me to my salesman (Tom Perrin) who was great! He is a young guy and a Jeep Owner with a ton of knowledge about Jeeps. We test drive it and I was hooked. I worked with Blake in finance who is also a Jeep owner so it was fun and easy. What I appreciated was there was no pressure, no sales pitch. They made their typical offers such as extended warranty and financing but didn't try to over sell me or pressure me. When I told them I had my financing through my credit union that I have a very long relationship with Blake understood completely and that was that. Very nice people, very knowledgable (especially with Jeeps) and guys I plan to keep in touch with. Great experience!
