Walking in I was so nervous because I'm on a budget and financially I wanted to ensure a comfortable monthly payment. And Doug and Michael did just that. They made sure everything fit my budget and I was getting taking care of. From stepping into Acura and closing the deal I couldn't have been more happier if it wasn't for them. DOUG made sure what I expected I received from the type of color, mileage, to prices he was so helpful. MICHAEL made all my finalizing with finance quick and smooth. There was so much paperwork to sign and go over. But Michael was so helpful and informative. I'm satisfied that I got warranty at the end. My brother SON used to work at Acura so he recommended Doug and Michael here. And I couldn't have been happier if it wasn't for my brother help. Great Buying Experience Leon made this whole experience so smooth. The whole process took a little over 24 hours. The day before I picked up my new vehicle, all I had to do was provide my information over the phone. After work, I went to meet with Leon at the dealership, to test drive a couple of vehicles that he picked for me and my budget. Being that all the financing companies were closed by this time, Leon asked me to return the next day so he can find me better financing options during regular business hours. I went to work the next day and Leon kept me informed of his progress throughout the day. After work, I went back to the dealership, signed my paperwork, traded in my vehicle that was in and "upside down" loan situation and left that evening with new car, 2012 Acura TSX. In addition to Leon's great attentive service and empathy of my situation, the team he worked with, to help me get this car were so much help as well. All of them were so informative and friendly. Stress free experience. For months I have postponed the inevitable task of purchasing a vehicle. I had no desire to deal with an aggressive salesman. My car search took me to Elk Grove Acura where I met Leon. He was friendly, courteous, attentive and cognizant of the special needs of my husband who is disabled. Throughout the buying process I appreciated the fact that he did not hover, but allowed us time to visit and speak privately. He checked in to ensure we were comfortable and provided bottles of water. Certainly most dealers would have done the same, but I felt as if Leon was doing all he could to make sure our experience was positive. Although I was pre-approved through my financial institution Michael found me a loan with an interest rate 2 points lower! I am ever grateful. Thanks Leon, Kevin and Michael. When we left with our vehicle everyone we met came out to wish us well. I would definitely return. More

The entire transaction was transparent and straightforward including the trade-in of my older vehicle through the purchase of my certified used vehicle. My prior purchase of a new vehicle two years ago was also a pleasurable experience suggesting to me that the culture at Elk Grove Acura sets it apart from other dealerships. The bottom line is that I feel the dealership treated me fairly and I treated the dealership fairly. A win-win situation. I highly recommend Elk Grove Acura based on my experiences with their sales approach as well as my experience with the service department over the last two years. More

You will receive respect, patience, information, options, without the "pushy feeling". This is my second car from Lasher. Did I mention that I live in Southern Cal?
