I never felt that he was trying to seal a deal and rush us out the door; to the contrary, the dealership was closing and he was still talking to us! Kevin treats me as a friend, not a client, with respect while providing guidance and his expert opinion. He takes the time to find out my needs and then begins to suggest a short list of possibilities tha while providing guidance and his expert opinion. Both times that I have purchased a car from Kevin, he was able to provide what he felt was the best fit and was 100% correct each time. The price was competitive and there was no haggling; he said this is my best deal and I had the choice to accept it or not. Both times, I accepted the offer.
