Alren, my salesperson came out to the lot to greet me; which says a lot, because my wife and I drove 2½ hours one way to see a scheduled vehicle viewing. Before here, I stopped to see 3 cars all located which says a lot, because my wife and I drove 2½ hours one way to see a scheduled vehicle viewing. Before here, I stopped to see 3 cars all located at another location (Elite) and nobody even offered to help, nobody came out of the office, but instead a disgruntled mechanic honked at my wife & I in the parking lot because he was trying to park a car. They could've sold one of their cars that day... but lost a sale due to poor service. Customer service is everything in my book! Needless to say; my wife we drove home later that afternoon with her new car. Thanks Arlen! More
