Kienan was a great help!! I was attempting a purchase through a different dealership and things weren't going well. Then we got to financing. We worked with Michael and I have never met such a patronizing man in my life. The interest rate origami lily offered and the trade in amount they offered was a joke. My husband and I are both lawyers and we had to negotiate with professional skills to even get a reasonable rate. DO NOT finance with Frank Brown. The rest was a great experience. More
