My car was stolen and I was forced into a position of needing a car. Although I wasn’t financially “ready” the dealership worked with me to get into something perfect for me. Walter was extremely helpful with the process, and we were able to sell back a nearly 2 month old vehcile with 700 miles on it. The price was fair and I was satisfied with the whole process. I flew out, they picked me up from the airport and dropped me back off, the car was waiting for me isolated from the rest. Agent Q as they call him was great throughout the process. Had the car taken to a shop of my choosing for the PPI and when I got there it was amazing. Communication was spot on throughout the process and they were just pleasant people to deal with. Not like most dealerships. Also they bought me lunch. My car is getting transported today and it all was an amazing experience. Ask for Agent Q if you need a car at Phil Long Ford! More
