Martin Stab (sales consultant) was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and went above and beyond to make sure the process was seamless. The trade-in and finance process were hassle-free and we got a fair price on the CPO Jeep. Martin made the entire process very pleasant and he went over every vehicle feature before we left. Salespeople are Unhelpful, Rude and Incompetent I have been in the market for a used Audi S5 for some time now, and found a car I was interested in at Lester Glenn Jeep. After multiple attempts to g I have been in the market for a used Audi S5 for some time now, and found a car I was interested in at Lester Glenn Jeep. After multiple attempts to get more information on the vehicle, such as the added options at time of purchase, I was told by the saleswoman Kim Larson that there was no possible way of determining the details of the car. I live in CT and before driving four hours to NJ to purchase the car only wanted to know very basic details, but the details were refused. I asked for pictures of the car, and none were sent. I've had to go out of my way after leaving messages with other salespeople to get responses. Nobody ever calls back. I basically offered them my money and through their incompetent sales department have lost another customer. More

Her and her staff were very professional and the whole transaction ran smoothly from start to finish. It was the most stress free car buying experience I have ever encountered yet to date. I service my vehicle through them and have not encountered any issues in that department ever to date as well. I love my Jeep Grand Cherokee it's the best mixture of speed, agility , and reliability. I first dealt with Kim Larsen on the computer, she was very good about getting back to me quickly and answering my questions. Then once we got to the dealership we worked with John Morley as our Sales person and Darren as our finance person and each of them were wonderful explaining everything and getting us the deal we wanted. We will definitely be back to buy our next car at a Lester Glenn!! More

I had the best car buying experience with Lester Glenn Dodge Ram! I was trying to purchase a new truck for my husband. Kim Larsen was my first contact after I filled out the internet pre-approval for the Dodge Ram! I was trying to purchase a new truck for my husband. Kim Larsen was my first contact after I filled out the internet pre-approval for the credit application. She called me immediately, I told her what I was looking for and she immediately had the sales manager call me back. He confirmed what I was looking for and had salesperson, Brian Reeves, call me back. Brian and Kim were both wonderful and easy to work with. Since I was looking to surprise my husband with the truck, they were considerate of that and the hours in which I was able to talk and email. I explained to Brian that I needed to do the majority of the leg work by email or phone and he was very accomodating. He was able to work out the pricing for the incentive I was looking to take advantage of, give me an accurate timeline of when the truck would be available, explained the cost and the down payment I would need. I fully expected the #'s to change once I physically arrived at the dealership - but this was not the case. I had requested the majority of the paperwork be completed before I arrived and it was! I got a great price on a nicely equipped 2014 Ram 1500. It was the easiest car buying experience ever. More
